I purchased this book with my oldest child in mind, but it is so useful for both of my kids. I already recommended the book to my sisters and my husband, and will be listening again. I am trying to practice the ideas because I can see they are getting their power from mom and dad. I already had one moment where my daughter’s reaction was just as the book described. Can’t wait to keep changing my parenting behaviors!
