Great and simple

Great informational read.

It tells you that you should think this way and not let it control your life but it doesn't tell you how to do it. It's a good listen for the first half and might motivate you a little but without a solid plan it doesn't last

An excellent book.

Pleasant

This book is very well written. It cuts to the heart of these struggles and explains them clearly and carefully. It gives great "real life" examples with which you can identify. It explains thoroughly the cause and effect of all types of anxiety, fears and worry and the reader can easily assess their own situation.

Wonderful guide

Must have!

I found this book to very helpful and useful with some excellent techniques in dealing with Anxiety. one of the best on the subject, highly recommend to anyway leaving with anxiety who wants to control their life instead if the anxiety controlling it.
