Great storyline

I really enjoyed this book and the dual narration. The narrators were great and kept my attention.

WOW!

Great Fae kingdom drama! Loved the story line and that it was purposely not the typical cast of "fair skin" characters- it was a refresh for my imagination! The love/ hate dynamic was perfection.

Strong, intricate characters and a beautiful story!

This book was excellent! The way the story unfolded was so fulfilling! The decision to make Khadijah a strong warrior, both physically and intellectually, was brilliant. My only negative was that there isn’t a part 2. This book was brilliantly written and is now one of my faves. Thank you for a great story!

Amazing story from beginning to end. Character development was great, plot, story was all amazing! I was so intrigued. I just hate it ended!

This book is amazing. I loved getting to read s Black fae story that felt natural. The story pulled me in instantly and I loved the mix of action, romance, and world building that happened during the book. Malachi gives a new meaning to shadow daddy and he's definitely my favorite male lead. The swagger and the grills had me sold! The narration was outstanding and definitely gave more life to the story.

I am only up to chapter seventeen and have been telling every book nerd that I know to give this book a listen!! I was so wrapped up in chapter nine that when it concluded, I had to give it a round of applause, and I was in the car by myself!! I can see myself listening to this again and again!!

Get this book! I am not a romantasy or fantasy girly but this book converted me! Has all my favorite tropes + black fae! The performance is great and the spicy scenes are spicy. I repeat , get this book!!!!
