This is a decent follow up. But not necessary. Yes I compare it to Jame Smith’s first book, Not A Diet Book, which was absolutely necessary. A sharp and sane voice cutting through all the noise and bull or the diet and weight loss world. This book is a continuum of the first (even if James says it’s not). But like I mentioned, it’s decent at its best, but not really necessary.

An impressive book punching above its weight class. The author obviously has done a lot of personal work to internalize this knowledge and even though there’s technically nothing new here to someone well immersed in the self-improvement literature, but there’s plenty to be said about a great writing style, phenomenal storytelling abilities, and an uncanny ability to express emotions with voice. The author’s take on the ideas he shares in his book makes it a unique read that is well worth the time.
