New Town. New Café. Deadly Secrets.

Tiffany Black was ready for a fresh start—quaint small-town life, a cozy café, and days filled with cupcakes, coffee, and zero drama. But from the moment she and her best friend, Rosie, open their bakery, things start to go horribly wrong.

First, someone sabotages the café, determined to shut them down before they even get started. Then, a murder rocks the town—and all signs point to someone who’s a little too close for comfort.

Who is trying to destroy Tiffany's dream? Who wanted the victim dead? And how long before the killer strikes again?

As suspicion swirls and danger closes in, Tiffany realizes that small-town charm hides some big, dark secrets—and if she doesn’t uncover the truth fast, she might be the next one to go up in smoke.

The ovens are on, the stakes are high, and the killer is just getting started…

A gripping, fast-paced cozy mystery packed with suspense, humor, and shocking twists. Get your copy today!

This is a light-hearted story featuring a strong female protagonist, some unusual friends and family, and a mystery that needs solving! It has no graphic gore or love scenes, or bad language. It is a standalone novel.

This is a good story but the AI narration left a lot to be desired. Sentences didn't flow right and the emotional inflection was flat.

Good story, Bad Narration

I hate the use of AI for reading. Mispronunciations and monotone. I think the story was cute but that reading. UGH!!!

No AI voice.

Loved the book. Would be great with a real narrator. AI just doesn’t the book justice.

Great Book

I enjoyed the story and I would like to listen to others in the series, but I don't think I can tolerate the AI narration. There are attempts at inflection and emphasis, but they are often way off the mark. Also, simple words are mispronounced, for example, the word "does" is pronounced as it would be for multiple female deer. And the main character was once a P.I. as in private investigator, but every time "P.I." is used, it is pronounce "pie". Yeah, probably will not continue with this series.

The story is okay for light listening but AI narration leaves much to be desired. Adjusting the speed helps quite a bit (1.5x ) but I think AI narration is best left to text books where common sayings and emotions don't apply.
