This is a fantastic well written book of insight to our inner self mind and body, why we do, say, react ,or not react ,why we put up with amd why we inflict things on others with solutions to correct harmful things those things that are harmful to us in order to lead a better life for ourself ..a guide to self love which is step one. love yourself first above all else.
