Enjoyable

Like the story line and the characters. Narration was great. Looking forward to more books in this series.

Funny!

I loved this book! I cant wait to listwn to more. Hope drove me a little nuts but I loved listening to this. I was I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, narrator, or publisher

Short cozy with fun characters!

This was such a fun listen! It’s a short cozy, so it’s a perfect listen for a car ride or an afternoon of cooking. The narration & story both were really enjoyable, and I felt like I got to know the characters well even in the short time frame. The author does a great job of bringing them all to life & I am already curious as to what comes next for Hope! She is a persistent strong lead character, and even when she hits a lot of dead ends it doesn’t deter her from getting answers. This is a lightheaded & enjoyable listen with great narration!

It strikes me that there doesn't seem to be a explanation for the stars that are given. So I thought I'd start giving my take on it.
1 horrible no redeeming qualities. So far I've never given a 1.
2 blah but there are redeeming qualities.
3 ok worth reading.
4 great but there's something off.
5 loved it.

So now about this story. A great beginning for a series. I can't wait for more of this series, I want to say more about this story but I absolutely hate spoilers, so I won't do it to you by going into details. I wish we could give half stars I'd have given this a 4 1/2 stars.
The narrator brings the story to life.

Not so cozy

Fame is a Killer - Cozy Mystery

Not as good as I was hoping for. I just couldn’t connect with the main character, finding her shallow and unlikeable. There is a lack of emotion in the story. It ended up being a mystery without the cozy.

The narration was okay, but there was no variety of voices for the different characters.
