Wonderful Story and narration

This was an engaging plot and excellent possible conclusion?? to the series. It would help if you read the earlier books, to better understand the relationship between Gemma and Sebastian, but is not necessary. This has been one of my favorite series, with the mysteries complex, and the romance building slowly but steadily between the main characters. I hope there are more books coming, but if not, this is a satisfying ending. I highly recommend it.

Another Outstanding Read

I absolutely love the character development in this series, as well as the complex mysteries and plot lines. This book did not disappoint, and weaving some American voices into the story gave it an interesting twist. Join Sebastian and Gemma as they investigate baffling murder on a U.S. ship seeking to dock in London, all while avoiding an international incident.

As always, Imogen Church does an excellent job voicing these characters, regardless of nationality, class, or gender.

Wow! My fav Tate Bell Mystery!

I always enjoy this series, but the Prince Regent has to be my favourite so far. I love how Irina Shapiro keeps one guessing. And I don’t think I’ve ever stopped to truly appreciate Imogen’s narration. She effortlessly shifts between male and female voices, and multiples of them! The US accent was a bit heavy on the R’s and vowels, but it didn’t distract or put me off. And some of her other foreign accents (in other stories in the series) have been especially good. What a dynamic duo these two make. My only disappointment is waiting for the next in the series.

I enjoy listening to all of Irina Shapiro's stories. However, I must admit that Sebastian Bell and Gemma Tate's adventures are my favorites. Sebastian and Gemma feel like real people. I am anxious to hear the next chapter in their lives.
