Excellent!

I can't say enough good things about the Hathaway's series. They're funny, engaging, and sexy. Who cares if there are some HH troupes, just relax and enjoy the listen.
Roslyn Landor is excellent as always. Her American accent is hilarious!

Great story

I have enjoyed this story and following it I cant get enough of its romance and suspense.

Good investment book: solid writing, exciting plot, romantic, and very well developed characters! Narration is excellent! Not one to miss!

Very soothing and exciting at the same time. Kleypas really allows the Hathaway family to come to life - how fun they are!

My First......

I read all types of books but my favorite authors were all tapped out of new books. I stumbled onto Lisa Kleypas and saw that Rosalyn Landor was narrator. I thought I’d give her a try. Can hardly wait for next book‼️ This book was ‘differently good’ (how’s that for poor grammar?). Do yourself a favor and give it a listen‼️

I loved the updated story! Can’t wait to see how the updates play out in the rest of the series.

I usually read her novels but it was nice to listen to one being narrated.

I was pleasantly surprised when I realized the same characters from the wallflower series were included in the story. I loved that I got to see what happened to them and also another love story. I can’t wait to read the next one.

Enjoyable story

New listener of Lisa Kleypas books and this is my second series. Not sure what these books used to read like, but if non/dub-con was a part of those, then I'm super happy those scenes were changed. Thanks for that.

What I loved about this book were the familial relationships -- the love and care for each other -- and Cam's character. The plot was mostly compelling. Also liked the cameos from past characters.

I didn't connect with Amelia as much as I'd have liked, because I truly never fully understood her motivations. Also, I think I would have liked more Romany culture worked in. Can't put my finger on it but for whatever reason, some sort of unevenness to the flow of plot made it drag a bit. Still, I enjoyed the story overall.
