Brief intro to start Mindfulness.

I want to listen to several books on handling stress and want to increase my focus on each day. This is a nice 45 minute start for me. I will give more time to books on this subject.

living proof of its success

I have struggled with anxiety for 5 years after a tragic incident in my life. I can't find peace in my mind, imagine how hard it was. When I read and sometimes listen to this book, I see some potential from the advice it had as well as the meditation exercise that could probably change the way I live my life.

Mike is experienced in the art, educated on the science, and gifted in the ability to teach and help apply the practicality of mindfulness and meditation.

Complete waste of time

Nothing in here at all about how to practice Mindfulness. It barely gets a mention. He just spouts off about different relaxation techniques without giving specific directions on implementation. Very very disappointing. I had hoped to find help.
