Insights are unique and turn me perceive deeply

This is a very helpful book if you're struggling through a hard time. Each section is short and to the point, so it's not a huge commitment of time. It definitely helped me to ground myself in the midst of the chaos I was going through.

It gives us a practical and logical explanation

This is a great book for defining a process that many can be turned off by if called "Mindfulness". This is a way to try and attain a more relaxed, peace of mind with harmony for the greatness around and in us. I am greatly looking forward to his other books on mindfulness and wish there was a stress reduction clinic near me!

A comprehensive guide to turning me feel deeply

These are incredible book for anyone trying to get into mindfulness. These have proven to be great as I've wanted to get into mindfulness and I've learned quite a bit about mindfulness and myself, through these book. Dan Home really knows what he's talking about and it's evident in these book. I am learning so much from the book. I highly recommend this book to anyone.

This book was an eminent instructor for all of us

While going through classes to try and grasp this concept I still could not grasp the practice. This book made things so clear. It is extremely helpful & informative. I appreciate the authors tone and easy to follow language!I will probably purchase follow up products from this author.

I have become realized well from this book

Good stuff, great plan for healing and or maintaining balance. Nice starter. I think this book is well made as has a nice intro for those that are brand new to mindfulness, but it also could be helpful for longer term practitioners so that they could become more grounded and brought back to the basics.

The narration of the book is fully like its name

Therapist recommended book to me. I've listen it approximately six times, and each time see something new. I like to listen it aloud to myself and I believe it brings peace to my heart.This book comes with Mindfulness book, and choose my favorite each morning and this takes work "like your life depended on it, and it does" as Dan Home says !

There is a great deal with this book

The author is the world's most famous expert on the topic. You can watch numerous presentations , but having a book in hand and listening for understanding his made instruction is well worth the price of the book.

This book provides a great way of instruction

I bought this product for a family member who is plagued by a number of medical issues including back pain compounded by anxiety and depression. He has been listening to the book daily since Christmas and has reported to feel better. He is also observed having a brighter affect and clearly more relaxed. This is a man who typically does not buy into alternative medicine/therapy. If it can work for him, anyone can see benefit from using it!

It indicates itself to being a great guide

I hope you must find this audible book useful! I learned the tools and strategies for building Mindfulness as well as how these strategies apply in nearly any situation where emotional strength and mindfulness are tested. I like that he includes step-by-step instructions for how to set things up.
