Worthwhile grounding

No-longer revelatory twenty five plus years after its debut, still a worthwhile read for a grounding in what has become rather faddish from the pioneer of the concept and her classic work on the subject.

Good over view of Mindfulness and therapeutic use

I am glad i did this via audio book. it's a bit dry and redundant.

Excellent!

Good, objective look at the subject from a scientific and western viewpoint. Many examples and experiments validate the common sense approach to the subject.
