Good resource of information, HORRIBLE reading!!!
While the content in this book is undoubtably informative, I often time felt irritated and/or grossed out by all the background noises that can be heard—the hard swallowing, the rustling of papers, the sound of—her possibly talking around the chewing gum she has in her mouth? Blah!

Helped me understand my wife
I liked learning about the bio chemistry of a menopausal woman. However, there was too much of this, and not enough on how I can support her through the change.
