Excellent re-introduction to Shamanism...
Having spent some time developing my own shamanic practices and lifestyle years ago I found this audio to be a superb 're-introduction' to the practice. I'm also a bit of a scientist at heart and I absolutely love José's combining of leading edge physics and neurosciences with the age-old practices of shamanism and drawing his conclusions from the two. I loved every second of it.
If you haven't worked with shamanism before, this audio would serve as a brilliant introduction. For the beginner, I would recommend that after this audio and having spent some time applying the principles and working with the meditations etc, that you look at progressing your own shamanic development by looking into books or programmes on 'Shamanic Journeying'.
If you're already versed in shamanism and shamanic practice then this audio offers a different slant than I've come across previously.
I really cannot fault this. It came at precisely the right time for me.
