A great set of meditaiton

Here is a great set of meditation that may bring visitors to you. I had several animal guides and spirit guides show up.

Good but not great...

What did you love best about Shamanic Meditations?

I liked the meditations but I always had the feeling that something was missing. Perhaps it was the sound of her voice which is personal to me but I was not able to overcome the feeling.

What about Sandra Ingerman’s performance did you like?

I really like the idea of guided meditations yet I was slightly disappointed with the "canned" nature of the offerings.

What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?

I believe that these meditations can be extremely enlightening and helpful to anyone who is on a path of self discovery. I believe strongly that this sort of work is essential for inner growth and Ingerman does a more than adequate job inspire of my personal preferences.

Overall worth listening to many times especially when life has handed one a difficult experience.

Exactly what one needs if you know how to bring the shamanic force into your daily life. The way!

Very informative

Very informative but the Authors voice sounds rehearsed and robotic. The drumming sound seems a bit high pitched but maybe it's just my preference to have a deeper resonating sound.

Practical and amazing.

So much easily accessible depth and wisdom. A book I can see myself using over and over again.

Nice collection of guided meditations. I like her use of multiple cultural instruments to aid the listener.

I have been following Sandra Ingerman for years,
And all of her work is absolutely wonderful, I work a lot and I don’t always have the time to go to circle so I used this particular guided journeys almost every time, and highly recommend it, is best to go to circle and together with other practitioners, but if you cannot do it, I recommend you highly to keep the work going and this one works the best for me! Thank you Sandy❤️

All of them, Sandra is a great narrator and a fantastic Guide in Meditation.

What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?

That Shamans honor all, because all has life.

Potential to be great 🥁

Like other reviews stated this is a great book until the whistling starts. Then the peaceful serenity of the meditation is suddenly jarring and then annoying when the whistling continues. This is the only reason I'm taking stars away. If not for that this book would have been perfect!
