A great set of meditaiton

Here is a great set of meditation that may bring visitors to you. I had several animal guides and spirit guides show up.

Good but not great...

What did you love best about Shamanic Meditations?

I liked the meditations but I always had the feeling that something was missing. Perhaps it was the sound of her voice which is personal to me but I was not able to overcome the feeling.

What about Sandra Ingerman’s performance did you like?

I really like the idea of guided meditations yet I was slightly disappointed with the "canned" nature of the offerings.

What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?

I believe that these meditations can be extremely enlightening and helpful to anyone who is on a path of self discovery. I believe strongly that this sort of work is essential for inner growth and Ingerman does a more than adequate job inspire of my personal preferences.

Overall worth listening to many times especially when life has handed one a difficult experience.

Exactly what one needs if you know how to bring the shamanic force into your daily life. The way!

Very informative

Very informative but the Authors voice sounds rehearsed and robotic. The drumming sound seems a bit high pitched but maybe it's just my preference to have a deeper resonating sound.
