I prefer this one

I have a paperback version of this book but I couldn’t get through with the details together with meditation. So I have decided to get the audiobook and it works well. I always listen to this audiobook every night before going to bed.

This book works!

I meditate a lot but nothing works except for this book. This works if you listen effectively to what is in the book and you may apply those later. This gives you a free moment to start on a deep sleep.

The best rest you deserve!
