An excellent introductory course on meditation
This was an excellent introductory course on meditation. The lectures covered the basics, like principles of Buddhism and connecting to the breath during meditation. It also explained some more challenging topics such as compassionate meditation. These lectures have taught me how to bring mindfulness into my day-to-day life. I'm looking forward to practicing the concepts further!

For any meditation book, the narration is one of the most important past, if the narration is well done then it is easier to feel relaxed, Dona Jackson was able to narrate this book in a nice and a pleasing manner, the narration was smooth throughout the book. Just close the eyes and listen to the voice of Dona Jackson and try to get rid of Anxiety.

Great introduction to the mindfulness practice
I think this is a great introduction to the mindfulness practice. To fully benefit from this course you have to be active and do homework given in the course. All in all, I think this course covers a lot of ground that is hard to cover in just one listen, but each chapter is dedicated to specific issue and can be easily referenced later.
