Meal prepping is my secret and books like these help a lot. It makes it so easy. You don’t need to experiment and get creative with other recipes, all the hard work is done for you. You just have to follow the detaild instructions and you’ll be surprised at how easy it becomes.

Outstanding book

In my family we just like to eat healthy. We don’t follow any specific diet we just try to eat a good mix of vegetables, fruits, grains, lean meats, fish etc. the constant challenge is keeping everything on track throughout the busy week. It’s hard to prepare healthy fresh homemade meals every single night of the week especially since I’m a working mom. Meal prepping is my secret and books like these help a lot.
