Academic look at business

To author is to the point with a no nonsense helpful business book. Good reference on growing from start to major mid-level player. This is a good companion to work by Jim Collins. I will be studying both the next time I go through "Good to Great".

Little to no mention of the Rockefellers

This was very outlines and rigid. The topics were erratic. Not to mention, the completely out of the blue topic of lending as the last chapter.

Very good. A little tough to follow on audio.

May need to buy a paper copy of this one as I kept having to rewind sections.

The single best book I have read on business

This really works. I don't understand any negative reviews. My partners and I have read dozens of business books and never before has anything been so immediately usable.

Straight up practical advice that you can start using immediately. We have been at it for 4 months only and are already seeing results.

If an entrepreneur asks me for advice the first thing I will say is read Scaling Up.
