My favorite chapter is on understanding my values and how I can live from them more fully once I really understand what is most important to me. The exercise is the book has been one that I shared with my children. The principles are so powerful! Amazing book!

Roger and Rob pull together a number of useful tools, insights and resources and illustrate them in real life scenarios. Some of the concepts are new and some are new twists on some old favorites, but they truly do you offer some great tools that will absolutely change your outlook and your mind.

This book has a lot of great ideas. You don't have to do all of them. Just pick one or two great ideas. Also, great references to other solid resources.
