Really helping me stay stress-free
Stress can really take a toll on your body. Usually after a stressful fight with my partner or doing something wrong at work, I'll start feeling tense and then boom, I'm sick. I know I need to fix this, and trying these meditations have eased it down for me a little bit.

Excellent way to heal

Loving these meditations!
I constantly struggle with poor health and bodily pains, and just recently I discovered that this could be because of all the stress and anxiety I experience throughout my days. Learning to meditate and enter a more aligned state has helped me a lot, and these meditations are great for that.

Good Health through Meditation
I'm a huge fan of dr. joe dispenza, however, I don't really enjoy his meditations. I found these to be very similar to the practices that he teaches, and for that I'm grateful. Been doing these the last few days and I'm feeling great already!
