Increíble!!!
Amé cada una de las páginas y escucharlo de voz de ella ha sido maravilloso. Libro lleno de consejos, anécdotas, herramientas y ejercicios súper prácticos para mejorar nuestra autoestima, y poder hacernos el camino más ameno a llegar a conocer la persona que merecemos. Lo súper recomiendo y lo volveré a escuchar ahora mismo pero esta vez tomando nota y haciendo los ejercicios más despacio.
