Dreams Sailor

Living lucidly...

Great Book. Very easy to follow. Just be aware that by just taking this audiobook, you won't automatically start having Lucid Dreams . Like any other tool you want to have as part of your assets in live, you need the discipline and the practice to Master it. Specially when it involves getting control over your mind. Something we are not use to. Overall I recommend this course and congratulate Joe on sharing this teachings with clarity.

Very good layout of expectations.

Amazing book on the basics and fundamentals of lucid dreaming.
Joe covers a broad range of topics from beginner to advanced and has included some amazing resources like how to control your dreams, meditation and dreaming and a workout plan that has helped my lucid dream practice immensely!
I have taken a few Lucid Dreaming courses on Audible but this is by far the most comprehensive, well researched and structured course I have come across.
Highly recommended if you wan't to have your first Lucid Dream or just fine-tune your practice.

Fully alive.

Untill now this is the one of the best i've taken at Audible!
I'm not new to lucid dream topic but the course was structured in a way that if you are starter or not you can get all the info you want in a very clear way.
Great content who addresses all LD disciplines, examples, aditional content for later use...
All my questions were answered fast.
Now i'm am in the right path to explore my dreams.

Unlock your inner dreamer!

The few times I have had lucid dream so far because of the teachings of this audio book have been really cool! I never had lucid dreams before this. The first time I saw a dreamsign and became lucid, I got so excited that I lost my awareness and I woke up. The second time I used dream stabilization techniques and stayed lucid a little longer. It was fun. The third (most recent) time, I stayed lucid for so long that I finally flew! That's what I wanted to do the first time I had a lucid dream. It was awesome, it felt so real! I'm starting to understand why people are obsessed with mastering lucid dreaming. I can't wait to get the hang of this and keep doing it all the time. The potential is truly great for all that we can do and get from our dreams. Will you be coming out with an Advanced Level course by any chance?

The other life

I have been working on lucid dreaming on and off for about a year and have had 4 of them (2 of those within the last month), but once I became lucid, I didn't know what to do. This course seems like it will address this (as well as how to regularly have lucid dreams).

Lots of info and related and supporting articles/tips/practices which enhance and help me build my abilities. Also learn how to decipher when your dreaming. This is amazing

Mind blowing

I have been Lucid Dreaming for years without any real background. This audible is just what I needed to take my Lucid Dreaming to the next level. In my first night I used a basic reality check to know 100% I was dreaming and then took control. I believe with more practice that this information has the power to change lives in a positive way. Thanks Joe!

Well, I'm only have way thru this course and I have had two (brief) lucid dreams. So there is definitely something to this. Very hopefull now on...

Surface level dreaming guide

I really liked the idea behind the book and some of the content was awesome (specifically the practical tips around how to work with your dreaming, and some of the architecture of dreams).
If you are a conscious being you might find it a bit surface level. It deals mostly with generic themes and also material, personality or mental changes
I would have liked to hear more about shifting consciousness states and how dreaming can help to explore the depth of both existence, experience, expansion and multi-dimensional reality perception - not just the standard symbolism that anyone can glean from a once-over-lightly gloss, on what is a deep profound state that can lead to great inner wisdom.
I've been reading Seth Speaks, which in just 3 chapters provides such a deep analysis of dreams and how they fit into consciousness, this focused 3D reality, and many others so was hoping for more of this type of depth. I've provided so other readers might better understand my perceptual context.
Otherwise the book was OK.
I would also have liked a more soft tone narrator - this narrator's voice is a bit nasal and I felt like a Surfie guy was delivering. If you like to be sung to sleep by a Surfie Dude in CGTs, this will probably appeal.
