This book is gold! I’ve listened to it 2 times now in a few days. I’ve taken so many notes and saved audio clips. So many potent quotes and helpful tips to remember, whether you are going through something challenging, or just everyday life. Personally, I am going through my own ‘rug flip day’ as he describes in the book, and this book and his method has greatly helped me turn a corner and shift my thoughts and feelings. This is the real deal, so basic, but all comes back to our own commitment and moment to moment, are we choosing to love ourselves or not? So moved by this book, Kamal’s writing style, his reading and way of conveying his path that helped him, was all so easy to digest and follow and such a great & VERY potent listen.
