What is love? Everyone will have a different notion of what love is. In this talk Osho says that love has become the rarest of rare and speaks of learning how to grow love, how to create a climate of love, of gratitude and thankfulness. Learn how to grow love, to overflow with love, to give love rather than living in need masquerading as love. Instead, prepare the ground for love as a natural functioning.©1977 OSHO International Foundation (P)2015 OSHO International Foundation Career Success Motivation & Self-Improvement Personal Development Personal Success

Osho mentions how people have forgotten how to love. Most people are doing politics, this is love turned into a business which is ugly: what can I get out of it? The unloving are victims that lost the ability to love. This all started with parents not knowing how to love. The parents were unconscious in many ways, many of the mistakes made by them were done unconsciously. Realizing that they were asleep at the wheel will help in forgiving them and letting go so that you can love. Drop the resentment, it serves no purpose other than bitterness, most of their faults were done in unconsciousness. Seeking a perfect lover is a futile effort, the object of your love does not have to be perfect. Just because the air is not perfect we don't stop breathing, we keep breathing regardless, if we are hungry we will eat whatever it is, if we are thirsty we will seek out water no matter the quality, love should not be something that must be perfect this is a surefire way to never find the opportunity to share your love. People who demand perfection are very unloving people and because that perfection cannot be achieved performance is required to deceive. You either become superhuman to please the perfectionist or as most people do you become a cheat. This is not love, this is ego. Love is like a bird singing on the front porch, no payment is needed, love is like a rose bush when watered and cared for will flower and your whole house will be filled with fragrance. Love must be given to be received and the more love you have to give the more love you will find you have.
