The Perfect Guide To My Leadership Style
I have often faced difficulty with my leadership style in the workplace. I was always perplexed as to why I faced such opposition in leading, teaching, and guiding people with love. After some time, it dawned on me that my style wasn't the norm. I then struggled with how to make my leadership style thrive in today's world. This book does just that. John Hope Bryant is the beacon atop a lighthouse for all of those who lead by love. He also makes a thorough argument for those not following this style of leadership to switch both sides and strategies. The wisdom, mindset, theories, and strategies revealed in this book speak to his experience and understanding of using love to create permanent and lasting change in this world...despite the pressures and expectation to rule by fear. Great read.

Very well put together. Love leadership puts a finger on the missing piece of our puzzle. As humans we share a common bond that extends past merely breathing oxygen. If we all do our part as love leaders in our city, town, community and home. We will look up from our work and see the prosperity left in our wake. As it's pasted on to the next generation.
