After accepting a co-leadership position of my church group at Grace I was fearful that I wasn’t good enough. I wrestled with these feelings until I attended a Leadership Lunch In you hosted a week ago and saw your book. This has helped me focus on the service and well being of my group members and how I can set the standard and time of our group going forward. I know Jesus is with me on this journey.

Relatable

Dan really makes these concepts relatable. Not only from the stories and examples that are provided, but by his openess to share his own struggles and weaknesses. By doing so he builds influence with the reader, making you feel encouraged that you can achieve the same. I highly recommend the audio version as Dan is a great speaker and his personality really shows in this reading. Highly recommend to anyone pursuing leadership, whether in their family or in a company.
