Somewhere between average and spectacular! I liked the different accents reading the stories, it was very captivating.

What was the most compelling aspect of this narrative?

I really enjoyed the love stories from the Muslim-American women. It's interesting how a religion can shape your romantic relationships.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes! It only took me about 2 days to get through during my commutes. Quick and easy listen.

This book is a culturally Muslim expression of ‘love in many forms.’ Some of the stories are tender and sweet, offering hopes of a ‘happily ever after’ to listeners, while others are stories of resilience from lives lost. Either way, the Arthur has done a good job inclusively representing a myriad of global perspective & characters.

Being a Latina Muslim myself this book was able to Show me that we as women go through so much .. we all have different dreams and views even though our goals is to make Allah happy PBUH. It’s very real and I love the fact that every girl on the book had a real story that we all can relate.
