yeS, yES,YES!!!

THIS book?! Invoked EVERY emotion and then some! Sadly, a LOT of it is relatable to real life...especially life in the old south! Ms.Monroe did the dang thang with this one! But I'm not surprised!

Really Mary?

I have yet to finish this book- I am struggling to get through it but I purchased it so I will try to get through it This book is UNLIKE. Mary’s other books , it seems drawn out , the story like is basic and lacks substance. So Disappointed that I chose to write my first full review.

Mary never disappoints

As usual, Mary spins a page turning story that you just can't wait to finish. I love the eye raising, jaw dropping story. A great fable.

Enjoyed this book

Great story line. Didn't end like I though it would, so it wasn't one of those predictable books.

slow but good

Agonizingly slow but I finished. It was a pretty good sequel. Not as good as the Upper Room and Mama Ruby.
