A great book for those who are new to physical fitness or those returning to fitness after a long absence. Personally, I felt the book offered very little to those with a extensive background in fitness.

I can't tell you how many times pulling hose during training has become much more easier as I train for it with my workouts. This is a great book for information and has lots of great tips!! Get it! You won't be disappointed for sure.
