Great guide

A great book for those who are new to physical fitness or those returning to fitness after a long absence. Personally, I felt the book offered very little to those with a extensive background in fitness.

great tips!

I can't tell you how many times pulling hose during training has become much more easier as I train for it with my workouts. This is a great book for information and has lots of great tips!! Get it! You won't be disappointed for sure.

Good book to motivate you. Its a little repetitious with assurances that exercise will completely stop sarcophagi. Okay. Got that. Exercise is good. Show me more about which exercises are the most effective,

I am actually reviewing the audio program. liked what I heard on the audio sampler of it. However, there must be some mistake on the written description of the program.Overall good book!!!
