Truly insightful

After living with Fibro for 11 yrs, I have learned to live as Ms Shockley suggests. It’s taken me a good 8 yrs of many articles, books and holistic modalities to do what is outlined in this book. What she covers is extremely valuable to those of us learning to break free of our pain and those bad, life-long habits.

Chronic pain support

Narrorator was easy to understand. The subject of the book gave useful suggestions. Learn to accept your restrictions. The chronic pain is not your fault, stop feeling guilty
