I've been working with fellow addicts for 30 years. With their parents, and families. I have read hundreds of books and met thousands of people who deal with this disease personally or through the families who are broken by the pain., and I've never seen it said better than this book I read today says it. So informative
I learned so much about the opioid epidemic from listening to this story. It was very heartbreaking to hear how the system failed him when he needed it most.

Amazing tribute to his son!
WOW! What an amazing gift they have given sharing their story. Having grown up in this tiny town and knowing the people in this story, this has really opened my eyes of how this disease takes hold and doesn't stop. I hope people take the time to open this book and really feel what this family went through and is still going through and share with others who may need need the support.

A MUST read!
I finished the most amazing book, Little Boy Lost - A Dose of Reality by Scott Weidle and Wes Weidle. I want to thank you all for sharing such an amazing, heartwarming story. This book was such a beautiful, amazingly written book. It hit very close to home on so many levels. Always thinking of you all and Daniel. What an amazing young man. What a beautiful family. ❤️🙏🏼
