This book is packed with all the information I needed to get up to speed on Six Sigma fast, what it's about, exactly how it works and what to do next.

Short, useful ending

Short, useful list of resources though at the end, but sparse on detail. Listened at 2.7 speed in about 3 hours, maybe less.

Great 30,000 ft view, outdated

Great for an $8 first intro to Six Sigma.

Needs an update, as the references are outdated.

I’ve followed the Lean Six Sigma principles & seen them work well applied well & failed when the various folks that the system was meant to help didn’t embrace the program
