A Princess Tale Book 2

Lady A is in terrible danger, an annoying side effect of her brother's latest scheme. Forced to run for her life from a madman, she must return to the one place she vowed never to go again or die. After a failed attempt on her life leaves her without a name and her memories.

Lady A must fight to regain them in order to help the handsome prince defeat the madman, who is threatening their kingdom. But will she remember in time? Or will she lose everyone and everything she loves?

Excerpt:

He slowly raised his eyes to mine; the look I saw there caused a shiver to run down my arms, prickling my skin. I pulled my arms tight to my chest, attempting to stop the cold feeling from spreading.

"You have to get out of here, now!" he gasped.

"Dan, what happened?"

He shook his head and looked at the floor.

"Tell me!"

"There is no time, they are coming for you.”

Fantastic

Lady A is a fantastic book! I loved the action packed storyline that gripped me from the beginning. The well developed characters show bravery and strength of character, while the villain made me cringe. The narrator did a great job in her performance.

Royal spies and battle

I enjoyed this story about a prince and his best friends little sister. James (the prince) allowed his best friend (Dan) to go under cover as a spy to route out a traitor who claims rights to the kingdom. This put Dan’s sister (lady a) in danger. Once Dan became a spy, lady a and James started writing each other to help protect Dan. After 2 years, Dan is finally able to prove who is guilty. This nearly got lady a killed and possibly Dan too. Lady a loses her memory. She is taken to stay with the prince while they have to try to locate the “madman”. This is a sweet romance with a bit of action.

I received the audio version of this book for free in exchange for an honest review.
The book was engaging and fun. A little unbelievable- but that makes it kind of perfect for middle grade and YA! The audio version was a bit hard to hear- but otherwise was good!

Clean cute

This was a cute story. Maybe geared more for a young adults audience. I thought the language wasn’t historically accurate but if you can look past that then it was entertaining. The narrator was pretty good too.
