it was an excellent choice. you never knew what was going to happen next. although I would have liked to hear more about the queen and Owen.

This book is a bit like fingernails on a chalkboard for me. I enjoyed the first book immensely. The second book was not quite as good as the first but I enjoyed it. This one is tedious. The heroine is always walking into danger (intentionally) and he is always blindly enamored or obstinately ignoring. I couldn’t wait for it to end.

I thorougly enjoyed this story of Jamie and Linnet. In the beginning it tells you of their history and then the ride begins. There are so many strong supporting characters to give this story depth. You don't know what will happen next and I enjoy that type of pleasant excitement. I hope there will be another one.

I'm enjoying the entire series. They are thoughtfully written, and well worth the read. Derek Perkins is a wonderful narrator.
