Hard to follow at first, I think because of the language. But I caught on and enjoyed the reading . Ty.

Entertaining and good story, nice plot twists and the story moved along at a good pace.

When a Laird Loves a Lady

I really enjoy the story line because it was straight forward. Other historical books try to hard to make a story more complicated and the story goes to long. The second important part to audible are the voices and they were perfect.

Good start to series

I liked this book very much. Ian and Marion were great characters. looking forward to this series.

narrator has fabulous accents

This narrator is wonderful at the different accents and the inflections that sound native to each. He is also wonderful at softening when he is reading the parts that are meant to be spoken by women. It really allows one to see the story and not get confused about who is speaking. I love this genre anyway but when i hear it in what to me (as an unworldly american) sounds like a perfect Scottish brogue it lends even more to my imagination. i have placed all of the books of this genre with this narrator on my wish list. This wont be the last one of his narration that i listen to i promise.
