Repetitive

Poorly narrated concepts. Overly repetitive. Does not actually break down into any form of practical format. The narration is extremely monotonous, lacks conviction, and is as difficult to listen to as it probably was for KC Wayman to read.

Just amazing

If you're already an agilist or someone who uses scrum or intense programming, this is a great way to learn Kanban. Dave explains in sufficiently simple terms and relates this to normal agile methodologies.

Easy to follow for us

This book brought me some awesome insight. I work for a large corporation that tends to lead by force. They are expecting us, managers, to demand performance from our associates.

Nice audio book

Good book overall, but it focuses more on anecdotes than in the real framework. I also think it doesn't only showcase Kanban, but it is more a guide about what and not to do when implementing agile methodologies.

This is a perfect audio-book to begin with, for a novice or someone who wants to brush up on Agile. It was suggested by a Scrum master and was really helpful for studying.

This audiobook is pleasurable and informative t

After months of feeling exhausted and barely treading water, I found myself suddenly having less work to do and not really knowing why. What I wanted was a new perspective to sort through the chaff easily, and that audio-book provided that.

Very well audiobook

I have gained a lot of interest in developing what I've been doing already. I was very pedantic about my Kanban board in the beginning, This audio-book I recommend to anyone. If you have a heavy job load, the device can be customized to match your working style.

Too basic

The book only teaches surface level concepts and often talks about loosely related topics. Instead of focusing on implementing Kanban and understanding why, the book talks about, for example, scrum teams, PDCA etc. Very little about how to actually implement and use Kanban.

Kanban is a way to actualize value stream

This change from a push to a pull methodology evens out the flow of work, reduces cycle time, and places the burden on management to prioritize work. The Kanban board makes the flow of work visible to all.

Appreciating content

It's very rare that we heard they have any audible book for learning Kanban. It is a new era for Secret Formulas and Strategies in Kanban Methodology. Appreciating content. By doing or making this type of audiobook author bring a revolutionary thinking point in audiobook in the programming system. I am just amazed at how the narrator describe this precisely.

very nice audiobook

If you're after a practical overview of agile development then it's a pretty good book. However, it only covers Kanban in a very superficial way. There is very little of use to really get you set up and going. I was disappointed having listened to the previous reviews.
