If you could sum up Jury Master in three words, what would they be?

Fast-paced action; compelling characters; twists and turns that kept me glued to my headphones. Glad to discover another great mystery writer!

Outstanding listen

Mr. Dugoni makes a long hot walk/run pass painlessly. Highly recommend the story and how it evolves.

GREAT START TO A PROMISING SERIES!!!

I'm such a fan of Robert Dugoni! All of his novels are different and exciting. When I begin one, I just can't stop listening. David Sloane is a fascinating main character in this series. I've just started this particular series but I can tell you that if this novel is a good representation of what's to come, I CAN'T WAIT. I enjoyed listening to Robertson Dean which was a first for me. I see that the narrator has changed in the second release. I can only hope that he's as good as Dean.

At this point, I can't recommend the entire series but I certainly can say that based on this first novel, I'll be shocked if it disappoints.

Jury Master

Excellent book, I love the Sloane character, full of action, and suspense. I look forward to reading the next book.

As always I let a family member read it on my Kindle while I listen to Audible version.

Excellent narration.

An EXCELLENT Start

I'm new to listening/reading Dugoni-I don't enjoy courtroom/lawyer type novels, however, I might have to change that 'I never listen to lawyer based novels' line in the sand I drew after the umpteenth zillion Grisham story that was the same book which he wrote before, and before and before.

Dugoni isn't Grisham...or maybe it's vice-versa...in any case "The Jury Master" is absolutely positively a story that isn'y going to be the same book Dugoni writes for the next book in the series and on and on..I know this because I already listened to Book 2 and Book 3 is cued up in my rack of NEXT listens.

Plus I'm going to buy 3 & 4.

How do I have so much time to listen? One magic word...RETIREMENT and HOBBIES. It's very easy for me to listen to audiobooks while I garden outside or work on my greenhouse plants, do laundry and housework and even shop if I'm by myself.

"The Jury Master" tells the story of David Sloane, a San Francisco lawyer who loves to take dynamite ' wrongful death' cases and win them. In a thrilling way, full of twists, turns and side routes. Without narrator Robertson Dean, I fear "The Jury Master" wouldn't have been nearly as successful as it has been rated on Audible-though there are quite a few negative comments RE: Dean, I found him to be a well spoken narrator and have listened to 2 other narrations by him..his lovely baritone voice works perfectly here in my opinion.

So-if you like adventure and fun filled conspiracy theories in your novels, "The Jury Master" might just be the right book for you.

Give it a try..I'm quite glad I did.

Sloan is a deep character

this is a well woven tale. The plot is crafted and refined.
This is not a story where you will be able to predict the outcome, down to the last sentence.

Have read quite a few of Robert Dugoni's books & this is a favorite. Well done!

Love this writer!

This author is new to me and I plan to read all of his work! He creates like-able and believable characters, in riveting action that keeps you on the edge of your seat.

Don’t know how I missed Dugoni this far- but he’s now at the top of my favs along with Tana French, John Grisham and other greats!
