Please no music

The background was very distracting from the story. I do not want sound effects, I want to use my own imagination to go with the story. Please just stop trying to disrupt the simplicity of a well read book.

Great Story but Distracting Background Music

The story and reading were great but the background music was very annoying and made it difficult to hear the narrator.

love this book!!

I binge read it all day Sunday and finished it this morning. I bought it last year and didn't write anything, I had Delta and forgot. I look for new Michael Connelly books, every few months to see if I missed any new releases!! I would rather re read a Bosch or Lincoln lawyer book that read something mediocre!

Twister

The book kept my attention without having any outlandish plots. I tried to find time to listen to it.

Great legal/courtroom procedural

I always enjoy Michael Connelly, but this one was hard to put down. The courtroom drama felt suspenseful!

Throughly Enjoyed the book

I really enjoy all the Michael Connelly books and find myself into the story so far I’m not aware of my surroundings. I was able to feel how it would feel to be unfairly accused and be locked away, trusting others to get me free. Frightening! And I enjoyed his love for his first family
