Jane King’s life was a dumpster fire of bad luck.

Unpaid bills, dead-end jobs, and a constant raincloud over her head. So, when she wakes up in a vast, deadly desert with a mysterious glowing menu floating in front of her face, she makes a desperate gamble. She dumps every single one of her available stat points into the one thing she’s never had: Luck.

All 630 of them. In a system where 10 is the max, Jane just became a statistical anomaly. Now, the laws of probability have bent the knee to Jane.

  • Hopelessly lost? She stumbles blindly into the fortress of the most powerful army in the world.
  • Attacked by high-level monsters? Critical failures have never hit so hard.
  • Rolling her class? "Legendary" was only supposed to happen once every thousand years.

But having god-tier luck has a downside.

When the realm's greatest evil is eliminated by a bizarre, one-in-a-trillion mishap, the terrifying Demon Horde assumes Jane is their new, all-powerful queen. Now she has to lead a legion of monsters, navigate a game-like System she barely understands, and hide the fact that she has absolutely no idea what she’s doing.

She just wants indoor plumbing. The demons want a conqueror. They’re about to get Judicator Jane.

Judicator Jane is a hilarious, isekai (portal fantasy) LitRPG adventure perfect for fans of overpowered protagonists, misunderstanding-based humor, and accidental world domination.

This was a great story. I understand why others might find it offputting. You expect murder and mayhem not the luck stat. Jane draws power in a different and unique way and this story is different enough to feel interesting. The world feels fleshed out with potential and the story takes the time to question the system. Give it a try.

Great story

Literally listened with my hand on the volume button because it would randomly blast or be reduced to a whisper. Also mispronounced tons of common words. Almost DNF but wanted to find out how it ended. Definitely won’t listen to the rest, but might read them in a different format.

Terrible narration ruined a decent story.

The main character is like The Wandering Inn series is Erin Solstice. A young woman from Earth, she finds herself in a fantasy world.
I enjoy the vibe.
Awsum narrator, great inflection that Ai cant duplicate.

Very much in the style of "The wondering Inn"

This is a well written book. If not for the MCs determination not to defend her self under ANY circumstances I would continue the series just to see what happens next. But I can't suffer a person that won't defend themselves when the situation calls for it. Also don't like her decision to cripple a sentient race making them extremely vulnerable to genocide because she doesn't agree with violence. Then there is her plot armor. The author didn't even try to hide it, they just quantified it utilizing one of her stats. So she pumps this stat, like an idiot, and has a legitimate reason to have OP plot armor.

Again, and I'm not being facetious, the book is very well written. Which is why I give an overall rating of 4 stars instead of 3. I just really dislike people that refuse to fight and defend themselves and rely on those stronger to defend them. Which is this MC.

Chronic pacifism and plot armor
