narrators were good, story was mostly good

James Evans was wonderful. Arielle DeLisle did a great job speaking Georgia's part, but sounded Scottish rather than English for Ashley's part. That's just a minor thing though.

3.5* okay, the majority of this book was actually 4-4.5*, but the last three chapters and epilogue just completely killed it. I agree with a reviewer that said it seems like a completely different person wrote the end. The last three chapters were just a waste. Nothing was resolved, not even in the epilogue. It's almost like the author got sick or had some major life event happen, but had a deadline to make, so rushed to finish or even had somebody else finish the book. I will reread this, but I will stop after chapter 24 and create my own ending in my head where they figure out quickly they want to stay married and live happily ever after in England.

College romance w/ an awkward first meeting between strangers.

When Georgia has to transfer to Iowa U her track & field teammates peer pressure her into doing something that hurts Ashley, a rugby player who thinks she’s a jerk. Georgia regrets that incident and tries to make amends but Ashley is slow to forgive at first.

After she saved him from one of his fellow rugby player’s attempt to hook him up with his girlfriend’s BFF, Georgia and Ashley start to appreciate each other in all kinds of ways ; -D

There are some very humorous moments and their attraction & chemistry is very strong.

It has a lovely HEA!

Glad i waited for this to go on sale. While it was a great title it was a really slow burn I do mean slow. I started listening to Sara when she wrote the Douchebag series and while she's a great writer she takes entirely to long to get to the point. This story had so much potential the narration was really good. I bought the rest of the series hopefully it gets better looks like the narrator's are mostly the same which is a good thing 😀
