Hierbei geht es entgegen der Aussage aller Diäten nicht darum, den Konsum bestimmter Lebensmittel vollständig zu verbieten, sondern vielmehr darum, nachhaltig die Ernährungsform anzupassen. Nicht der Verzicht steht im Vordergrund, sondern die Planung und Organisation des Essens. Folglich wird Ihnen in dieser Form nicht etwas entzogen, was Ihnen dann fehlt und worauf sie einen „Jieper“ entwickeln. Im Gegenteil: Lediglich der Konsum wird auf ein gesundes Maß eingeschränkt, dennoch können Sie weiter genießen.
