The narration of this audio book was good, the author speaks in a fast tone which is kind of nice for audio book of this genre, and about the book, the book is a good introduction to keto diet and also tells what symptoms a person can see when starting a keto diet because of increased ketones levels. Found it nice that author tells about things that can be done to test ketones levels and it was also nice to know other benefits of keto diet besides weight loss.
