It is easy to relate to, the exercises are fun, and I am confident my tension and stress are being helped by it.
What does The INSTANT-Series bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
This is very much an interactive audio book and it helps having a pleasant narrator's voice coaching you. Like going for therapy, without the therapy, and from the comfort of your home!

Would recommend to anyone feeling stressed, worried or under tension. Meditation didn't work for me, but this does. Am giving my friend who suffers from anxiety/panic attacks the gift of this audio book, too. You can listen to the "book" at your own pace and it is something you can definitely benefit from.

This book is unique and by itself. The tips I found here are not tips I have found in any other audio book. This one focuses on teaching yourself how to find calmness.
What about The INSTANT-Series’s performance did you like?
The narrator was very good. I did not notice any jarringly mispronounced words, no accents, just plainly spoken. I sped the book up to 1.25 as the 1.00 was slightly too slow because the narrator very carefully speaks each sentence. (As should be done for promoting calmness!)

I learned several different methods for finding calmness by listening. I also learned how to focus my mind on one task and how to ignore chaos around myself.

This is a short listen, but a very valid one. I learned tips and tricks here that I have not seen mentioned in other places. The title makes it sound like you just need "common sense", but these tips help you train your brain how to stay calm instead of getting angry or nervous. It would be a good book for those prone to anxiety. The tips in this book can help to stop the loop that happens when a person is anxious. An anxious person becomes more anxious which means they become more anxious.

One of the techniques (for my purposes I call it " a red ball technique") is extremely useful. I use it virually every day. I read many self developement books, because I am looking for strategies of dealing with stress and anxiety, and suprisingly in this small book I found the most useful technique! I also like the fact that there is very little of motivational talk so you don't have to go through all this explanatory and ideological content to get to the point.
