Gained so much
I dont want to soon d too dramatic...but...these two books have completely changed my life for the better. I already had both in print but much much prefer the audio versions as its easy to listen to them discreetly when out in public, especially as I prepare for a social event etc.
Got more from these books than I ever did from any doctor!!!!

Feeling better.
Am I totally cured? Of course not, but I can say I am at least 75% better since getting this package. I am less stressed. I am calmer, more confident and more in control therefore I would say this bundle is MORE than worth it.

Works well.
Both books work very well together, compliment each other perfectly. Flow was good throughout, kept me interesting. Feeling a good deal less anxious and stressed these days
