The Last Sleep Book I Will Ever Have To Buy

This book is a life changer. I have been having trouble sleeping for a very long time. I purchased another book by this same author and it helped me relax and get to sleep - it really helped! But then, this whole pandemic happened and my anxiety bubbled up again. I would lie in bed and start to feel sleepy but then would not be able to get to sleep. I tried this audiobook (using headphones that I can sleep with) and just softly drifted off to sleep. The voice of the narrator is incredibly soothing, and the music also just hypnotized me to sleep. I have been using it last 3 nights and each night, I find I fall asleep in less time than the previous night. It works! Every doctor should prescribe this book to people who ask for sleep meds!

It’s good and it works and is worth paying for!

So, a good friend who knows I have intermittent sleeping problems told me about this audiobook. I tried it purely from her suggestion - mostly because there are a lot of other free options out there. But this is the BEST go to sleep audio recording I’ve ever heard. And I don’t review things online. Do I know why it works? Not really. I know Ames sounds great and the music is perfect underneath. And I never felt like she was too “new-agey” or (worse) condescending like some of those other “come sleep with me” voices you can get on a podcast. I’ve tried those and lots more besides. Exotic “shaman” drums. Those random number radio stations people with too much time on their hands record. Boring British voices with Patreon subscribers and stuff. This isn’t that. It’s good and it works and is worth paying real money for rather than sitting through stupid ads on Youtube or Spotify.

4.5 stars.

Fast Asleep from Fort Lauderdale

It’s funny because I want to give this an honest review but I can’t stay awake long enough to finish the book. Well done!

Insomnia’s worst enemy!

Since Sandy came out with Sleep Now! a couple years ago, which lasts about 15 minutes, I had been hoping she would come out with a longer version, even though I was usually sound asleep before it was over. Insomnia! is just what the doctor ordered, 3 hours total with almost 90 minutes of Sandy’s soothing, hypnotic voice. I listen to one or the other, every night, depending on my mood. What a Masterpiece, nothing but 5 Stars in my book!!
