For some reason, Ciel begins to suspect that getting the ring is going to be a tad more difficult than originally anticipated.

Funny and amazing

I haven't listened to a book that I really enjoyed in a bit and this one was great. It was funny and the character personality was consistent throughout the whole story. I even loved the narrator. Definitely recommend!

Fun, twisty-turnny...

At first it was hard to follow which character was speaking, but once I caught on to the story I found it funny and different. Some twists and turns I didn't see coming. Lots of ludicrous situations throughout the story, but it was easy to let loose and just enjoy the ride.

The only (minor) complaint was that the main character was attracted to not one, not two, but three different men. She didn't have ability to discern what she wanted.

All in all, a fun listen.

Such a fun story!

Laughed out loud many times listening to this one! Great pacing all the way through. And wow, the narrator nailed the character. It’s rare to get such a perfect match of story and narration. Consider me a new fan of both her and the author! 😀

Witty

Very entertaining, constantly moving and fun. The humor is excellent I couldn't stop laughing during parts of the book. Great concept for a storyline. Always love to hear Susan Bennet read anything, but she does a great job giving the main character a unique personality. Great book, I plan on listening to the complete series.

What a great surprise!

I listen to a lot of books on tape. I chose this book because I love Susan Bennet as a narrator and I though the story looked interesting. I have to say I enjoyed this book in a way I haven't enjoyed one in a long time. It was funny, sexy, exciting and frankly a lot of fun. I hope the sequel comes to audible sometime soon!
