Excellent book that allows you to immediately connect with your pain and then die due to an understanding of how to resolve it

What I love about this book is that it very quickly allowed me to identify with what I believe was the problem and the cause of my suffering. Ultimately it guide you gently affectively to realizing those are the symptoms and not the root problem. Helping you through the process to success he guide you into taking responsibility for what you were doing to contribute to the problem and pain, and the tools that allow you and your spouse to get where are you both deserve and desire to be.
