it was not very informative about Illinois exam. kept saying check your local state for laws and rules. even though it clearly stated on the cover it was for Illinois exam. what a joke. don't waste your time!

Wrong info
I am a former REALTOR who let my license lapse due to entering another line of business. The narrator does not know how to pronounce Realtor or Realty first of all, second he states that you need to be 18 to become a REALTOR in Illinois, this is false information. You need to be 21 to become a licensed Realtor in Illinois. You also are a Broker in Illinois when you pass the exam, working under a Managing Broker (which requires additional education). I lost all faith in this Audio book having correct information when it started out with incorrect information.
