I love dragons!

I can't wait for the next book! This book whet my interest for more! HURRY!

Good but frustrating at points

over all I found the story and world very interesting, but the way the mc just bumbled around ignoring information he was told and being extremely indecisive about everything felt super frustrating. I get he's only 17 and he's from a village on the side of a mountain separated from the world but damn the boy was thick. The only person he trusted at the drop of a hat was another 17 year old boy who liked to gamble and stir up trouble which just made the whole issue worse. I might continue with the series after I let my blood pressure go down from wanting to slap some sense into his fool head. It also didn't help that no one gave more than one sentence answers to any questions. Even when they seemed like they wanted to tell him everything they just could t find it within themselves to actually sit down and explain anything. It seemed a rather heavy handed way to keep both the reader and the character in the dark and unsure of what was really happening.

This book really needs a good editor.

This book feels like someone took the first third of a decent novel and stretched it out to fill a first book in a trilogy. The author spends the vast majority of the book rambling aimlessly and repeating information that has already been given multiple times. I understand repeating important information a couple times to make sure it gets across but, this book repeats almost everything. Some minor things where repeated eight or nine times. It got to the point where I was seriously wondering if I accidentally repeated chapters. It has potential but, feels like it's only the beginning of a story and not complete.

this story took place in a cold place I think people brains think slower when it's cold the characters was slow I struggle with it but I'm going to read the next one to see if they get any quicker

The characters are not very lifelike . Plot isn't very smooth.

I'm sorry to say that I could not even finish this book. I got tired of waiting for things to happen. the storyline was very boring. I would not recommend this book

Too slow

The story goes around the point too much. It was a total waste of money.
